The lineup

Eight services. One standard.

Every loss — a pinhole leak or a first floor under two inches of monsoon runoff — runs the same way: documented from minute one, dried to verified standard, repaired under one written scope.

Water Damage Restoration

The complete job — extraction, drying, and repair — for any indoor water loss, under one written scope.

Learn more

Water Extraction

Truck-mounted and portable extraction that removes standing water at gallons per minute — the faster it’s out, the smaller the job.

Learn more

Flood Cleanup

When the wash comes inside: monsoon runoff, canal breaks, and irrigation overflow removed, sanitized, and dried.

Learn more

Structural Drying

Air movement, dehumidification, and daily moisture readings until framing and slab edges hit verified dry standard.

Learn more

Burst Pipe Repair

The sudden indoor flood — supply line, water heater, washing machine hose — contained, extracted, and the damage repaired.

Learn more

Sewage Cleanup

Backup water is contaminated water. Contained, extracted, sanitized, and documented — with unsalvageable material removed properly.

Learn more

Storm Damage Repair

Monsoon season losses: emergency securing, extraction, drying, and rebuild for microbursts and wind-driven rain.

Learn more

Mold Remediation

Mold that followed a water loss — contained, removed, and verified, with the moisture source corrected for good.

The standard

What “done right” means here.

1

Measured, not guessed

Moisture meters and thermal readings map exactly how far the water traveled — into walls, under tile, along the slab edge. The drying plan targets the actual spread, not the visible puddle.

2

Scoped, in writing

The plan and the number land on paper after assessment and before equipment runs. You approve the scope first — and it doesn’t grow without your signature.

3

Verified, not assumed

Equipment stays until the meter confirms dry standard. “It’s the desert, it’ll dry” is how a water job becomes a mold job two months later.

Questions

Before you book.

Which service do I actually need?+
Describe what happened — where the water came from, how much, how long it sat — and we’ll tell you on the phone. A supply-line burst is extraction plus drying; monsoon runoff adds sanitation; sewage adds containment; a loss that sat adds mold. Most losses use two or three of these in sequence, under one scope.
Do you handle the repair side too, or just the drying?+
The whole arc. Extraction and drying come first because they’re urgent, then repair of what the water damaged — drywall, flooring, trim, paint. One written scope covers it, so you’re not hiring a second contractor mid-claim.
Will insurance cover this?+
Sudden and accidental losses — burst pipes, appliance failures, swamp-cooler supply leaks — are typically covered by homeowners policies; rising storm runoff usually requires separate flood insurance. Either way, we document everything from minute one so your claim file is complete, whichever policy responds.

Not sure which one you need? Describe what happened.

Two minutes on the phone usually answers it — and puts a crew on the board.
